Maintenance Request Procedure:
If this is a life threatening emergency, call 911 and then call us after you are in a safe place.
If this is an urgent maintenance request, call maintenance at (513) 863-3336 x4. Leave a message and they will respond within 24 hours.
Urgent Requests include:
- Health/Safety Issue
- Sewage Backup
- Major plumbing or roof leak
- No heat in the winter
- You are locked out
- Refrigerator not cooling
For all routine maintenance requests please submit on the Resident Portal
